Run src/xml/matsuoka_et_al_2003/model.xml on GUI.
Set duration 40000, then [Model][Start].
Record the value of the stop watch (real/vertual), a significant figure is 2 (round a 3rd number up).
Repeat 3 times.
Use the default size of GUI (delete C:\Documents and Settings\ user account \Application Data\simBio\*.properties on WindowsXP, 
C:\Users\ user account \AppData\Roaming\simBio\*.properties on WindowsVista), 
and maximum speed of the CPU on a note PC.
